The host Yoon is a amazing teacher, I am a beginner and I had four very successful days kitesurfing and I learned more than I had learned in a year in my own country (Finland). I went from barely doing waterstart to a level where I can confidently begin training by myself. Yoon also offered accommodation in their cute traditional Korean house which was perfect (and cheap!) place to stay. Would recommend for anyone thinking of kitesurfing at Jeju!”

“I had such a fun 30th birthday riding thanks to Max and Monique at Jeju Kitesurfing (we even ended up grabbing dinner together)! Max was very responsive leading up to my lesson and very patient throughout the entirety of the day. He asks about your kiteboarding goals for the day and tailors the lesson to help you achieve them. We started off with practicing kite control on the beach before moving into the water. Max kept a close watchful eye on me at all times and was quick to correct my form/technique. Thanks to his guidance, he had me up and flying in no time (also thanks to some amazing wind conditions at Sinyang Beach that day)! I'd argue that he's a better instructor than those I've taken a lesson with in SoCal. I highly recommend Jeju Kitesurfing if you're looking to experience the sport while on the island. I'll definitely be back to ride with him and Monique in the future, whether that be on Jeju or at one of their sister camps.”
